Guayaba Orange Banana Smoothie

This is one delicious smoothie!

         Have it in the morning for an energy boost with breakfast or drink before you exercise.

Ingredients:

8 ice cubes
1 banana
1/2 large lemon
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup Goya guayaba   juice
1 tbsp honey

First put ice cubes in blender, then Slice up the banana and put that in there. Next squeeze 1/2 large lemon juice into blender and pour 1 cup of orange juice as well as 3/4 cup goya guayaba juice. Lastly, add 1 tbsp of honey then blend together. You will have a frothy top on your drink : )

Mia and I love it, pretend you are on a tropical island drinking on the beach… Because once you have 1 sip that’s where you are going to feel you are. My husband loves it just as much; because it is so yummy!

Momees pour yours in a wine glass in the morning it will make you feel good : ) (at least it does for me). There may be no alcohol in it but it just makes it taste  so much better

  1. I agree, it’s all about presentation! If you drink a smoothie out of a wine glass (and possibly garnished with a slice of fresh orange), it feels much more sophisticated and tastes even better!
