Frozen Yogurt Bites

Simple and easy to make!

Yogurt bites are a delicious and healthy snack that parents will not be able to resist either.

Erika Burdick says, “I started making these for my daughter when she was about 11 months old. It was a great way to get her to eat yogurt by herself and minimize the mess (somewhat).” When her daughter was small she would mash up avocado, sweet potato or banana and add it in with plain greek yogurt.

Another great add in was almond butter (or any nut butter). Below, Erika used Greek yogurt and almond butter. She normally places them on a cookie sheet with wax paper however she was out of wax paper this week and used aluminum foil which still did a great job.
