Whether it’s a drip, a damp patch, or the sudden appearance of a tiny lagoon in your basement, water leaks can spiral from “Eh, that’s weird” to “Why is my couch floating away?” faster than you can say “plumber.” The moment you spot suspicious stains or hear a mysterious dripping noise that isn’t the dog slobbering in his bowl, investigate like your bank account depends on it—because it does.
2) The Unwanted Houseguests
Termites, mice, ants, roaches—oh my! If you’re like most people, the only six-legged creatures you want to see in your home come in the form of harmless ladybugs or cartoon characters on TV. 5) The Stuffy Stuff
