Want to make some delicious Christmas cookies? We have an easy recipe that uses only a few ingredients to make some delicious Christmas Crinkle cookies that you will love. Wait till you taste how light and airy these delicious cookies are. I love the festive colors thanks to those holiday edition of Pillsbury Funfetti mix.

Pillsbury Funfetti with candy bits cake mix
1 Egg
1 container of Cool Whip (8 oz.)
and Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Put powdered sugar in a bowl and set aside
Mix the box of cake mix, egg and cool whip together to form a very sticky dough.
Since the dough is so sticky, I feel you have to use your hands to roll the dough and then dip each cookie in the powdered sugar before placing it on a parchment paper baking sheet.
Continue doing this till all the dough is used up.
The baking time depends on size of cookies. I would start at checking at 10 minutes. My cookies were large and took 18 minutes in the oven.
So easy to make and delicious to eat. Enjoy!
