Let’s all eat pizza today for a great community cause! For every pizza pie sold from the participating places, $5 will be donated to The Family of Officer Patricia Espinosa.
Long Island has a beautiful community of people who come together when tragedy hits one of our own. Officer Patricia Espinosa was tragically killed on January 31st by a drunk driver. A beautiful woman who served as an officer in the 5th precinct here in Elmont, NY. Her husband, Francisco Malaga, and her brothers, Cristian and David, all serve as police officers, as well. She was a beloved mother and wife and when you saw the news or read the local papers you were able to see what an amazing woman she was as those who knew her had nothing but, amazing things to say about her. As a mom , my heart is broken for her daughter and tears run down my face as I type this and I know my family will be eating pizza today in support of our fallen local Long Island hero and Long Island Pizza Strong who will donate 100% of all proceeds directly to her family.
