Here is an amazingly delicious idea to make an even sweeter and more delicious treat thanks to
News 12 Long Island and The Cake Don.
I was watching News 12 Long Island on Tuesday- October 27th, 2015 and Elisa was making a 1 minute Coffee Mug Candy Cake with the Long island Cake Don himself.
I could not believe my eyes that in 1 minute a cake was made and it looked like Elisa loved it so I had to give it a try.

Here is the recipe:
Our results were just as good as Elisa’s .. the only complaint was that it was not made by the Cake Don himself. I bet the icing he added would of been incredible.
We whisked our ingredients into the mugs.
Added in our candies:
Placed in the microwave for 1 minute!
and before our eyes there was a delicious fluffy cake made in literally a minute.
It was delicious…
