The Dinosaur Place- Family Destination

Do your kids love dinosaurs?

Are you looking for a fun family vacation that is not too far from Long Island?

The Dinosaur Place located in Montville, Connecticut is a great place to visit.

A local Momee Friend of mine, Melissa recently visited The Dinosaur Place and highly recommended the trip.

She said, “overall it is a really cute and fun place. It is definitely an all day adventure.”

Experience an Outdoor Adventure of Prehistoric Proportions:

• Encounter over 40 Life-Sized Dinosaurs on 1.5 miles of pristine nature trails

  Melissa said, “The trail is a huge circle with dinosaurs and then a smaller loop trail that has a huge incline. She would suggest the kids wear sneakers the pebbles are kind of annoying.“

  

• Make a SPLASH in New England’s largest Splashpad*

  (a zero depth water playground)

  Melissa said, “The splash pad is awesome. The kids had the most fun there. Also, you must wear shoes in the splash pad.”
  

  

 

• Navigate through a”MAZE”asaurus and slide through the mouth of a T. Rex!

  Melissa said, “The maze is amazingly hot.”

  

 

• ROMP and ROAR like a raptor in the Jurassic Moon Bounce*

• Slide, climb and play on Monty’s DINO-Sized Playground

  Melissa said, “We didn’t hit the playground because it was really sunny. But they have a jungle gym area with a zip line and then other climbing and slides.”

• Satisfy your mammoth appetite at Monty’s Munchies or the Ice Cream Shop*

Melissa said, “There is a food court and picnic area. The food court was also reasonably priced. They had hot dogs, hamburger, Dino nuggets, pretzels, etc. The bathrooms were clean and they have a changing room to change in and out of bathing suits. There is an ice cream shop at the entrance so a good treat at the end of a long day.

A FAMILY FUN DESTINATION TO VISIT!

Melissa said, ” Overall we will go back maybe when it’s a little cooler. Your family would definitely love it!”
