Hop on Over to Showcase Cinemas to Give Back This Easter and Earn FREE Children’s Tickets to See Peter Rabbit!
At your local Showcase Cinemas this Sunday, they are having a special Easter event with Peter Rabbit. Children that donate an item from their Easter basket, including packaged candy or toys, will receive free admission to see the new film, “Peter Rabbit.” Following the event, Showcase Cinemas will be donating all items to a charitable partner to be chosen. Featuring the adventure seeking, trouble making, beloved character of generations new and old, “Peter Rabbit” is a film that’s sure to please the entire family. This event is open to the public.
The inner child in you will be excited and your children will be freaking out with excitement as they see their favorite superheroes and villians in action right in front of their eyes. My fellow Long Islanders the show is happening until April 1st and I highly recommend getting tickets! A show you won’t want to miss.
Beanstalk Jack, a musical retelling of the classic tale of “Jack and the Beanstalk” adapted as a folk-rock opera for today’s families is one of our new favorite cd’s.
“Paper Canoe Company creates music and stories that make kids feel like grownups, and grownups feel like kids.”
The music is uplifting and fun and of course makes you want to dance along which is always so important with a children’s album! Beanstalk Jack tells the story of “Jack and the Beanstalk” with the addition of a refreshing girl-meets-boy twist, a tribute to the spirit of optimism, and more than a hint of youthful rebellion.
Dinosaurs: Land of Fire and Ice™, created by Minnesota Children’s Museum and nationally sponsored by The David B. Jones Foundation, opens on January 27, 2018.
