We are loving this inflatable punching bag that is mounted on a weighted base that you can fill with water or sand. The punching bag bounces back in response to your kick or punch. Great for indoors or outdoors.

We have been having so much fun together and would love for other families to have fun, as well. Check out the video below to see the punching bag in action.

Set Up

Setting up the PunchPro was super easy. We used an air pump to inflate the punching bag with air and then, since we set our PunchPro up outside we easily filled the base with water from our garden hose.

Punching Gloves

These punching gloves are made for kids ages 3 to 10 years old. There is a velcro closure around the wrist for a more comfortable fit. The gloves are available in red or black on their site.

My entire family loves hanging in the backyard and this punching bag allows us to have fun while buring energy and exercising. Highly recommend as a way to incorporate some good habits for better overall health for you and your children.
