Have you made salt dough ornaments before? It is such a fun way to make ornaments with pantry staples that you probably have in your house already. They make great gifts, as well.
All you need is:
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Mix the salt, flour and water together and knead until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough.
Choose what cookie cutters you want to use and make the impressions.
Place on your baking sheet.
Use a straw to make a hole in each ornament before you bake them. You need a hole there to pull a string through so you can hang your ornaments.

We baked our ornaments at 200 degrees for 2 hours. I let them cool over night and we painted them the next day.

Once dry, we picked out our favorite ribbons and tied a loop so we could hang them on our Christmas Tree.
I love how they look and I will always treasure these made by my beautiful daughters this Christmas.

Merry Christmas from our family to yours!
