Home Depot Kids Workshop

Be sure to arrive at 9 a.m. the First Saturday of Every Month because it is only while supplies last and these events are very popular. It is FREE and the event is from 9am to 12pm.

Be sure to register your child(ren) at your local Home Depot ahead of time on the Home Depot website.

Lowes DIY-U

Lowes offers family-friendly DIY Fun from 10am to 1pm (in-store only)

Children’s Crafting Event at Wertheim Wildlife Refuge

Drop in anytime on Saturday between 11am and 2pm for this Free Children’s Craft event. (Children must be accompanied by an adult.)

“The Wertheim visitor center is open Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 4PM. The facility showcases the wildlife and habitat of ten refuge units on Long Island. “

When you visit the museum during regular business hours you can enjoy self-serve crafts and activities inspired by their new exhibit , Monsters & Mermaids.
