I am so excited to share this recipe with you all.
I made these this morning and I had to stop myself from eating them all up. These are toddler friendly and the perfect superfood mini muffin for everyone on your family to enjoy.
The reddish color is perfect for a heart so I couldn’t resist putting the muffins in a heart shape when plating since Beet Root Powder is great for heart health.
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp Beet Root Powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp fine salt
1 tbsp date Sugar
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed meal
2 tbsp melted butter
The steps are easy to make this recipe:
Just put all the ingredients mentioned above into a food processor and mix well.


Bake your mini muffins in a 375 degree oven for about 22 minutes. I alwasy do the toothpick method to make sure my muffins are ready.
Let them cool before serving and enjoy!
If you haven’t already I recommend adding beet root powder to your pantry essentials along with organic date sugar. These are two ingredients I have been loving to bake with and the main reason is that they are both superfood ingredients.
