Who loves Pumpkin? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ Who loves simple baking recipes? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

These Pumpkin Oat cookies are not only yummy to eat but they are super simple to make!

All you need is :

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 cup pumpkin puree

3 tablespoons of maple syrup

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

(3/4 cups Chocolate Chips optional but, so good)

Pre-heat your oven to 350 Degrees F

We mixed the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and maple syrup together in a large bowl and after it was mixed well we added in the chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Let the cookies cool off and then, you can cover them in an air tight container and you can leave them out on your counter or in your fridge.

I wanted to have some fun and add cinnamon to one batch and leave the other batch without cinnamon and see if the girls could tell which ones had cinnamon and which ones did not. Watch and see if they could tell the difference between the two batches…

We hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do. Enjoy!
