It is something of a learning curve as well, however, so bear that in mind. Gluten can hide in some unexpected places, like soups, salad dressing and even some chips. You’ll need to scan carefully for ingredients that are going to be glutenous, and it might take some time to learn them in their entirety. Of course, you can always google something you are not sure about, just to be safe.
Focus On Natural Foods
There are plenty of good foods which are naturally gluten-free, and it’s best to focus on these rather than fixating on what you can’t have. You should build your meals around what you can have, focusing on fresh produce, lean proteins and nuts and seeds. All of these kinds of things are naturally gluten free, along with most dairy, so this is something that you should bear in mind as you are trying to build your diet up as well as possible without gluten.
