Trick-or-Treat on Sweet Street from 11am-5pm

Adventureland, Long Island’s iconic amusement park, offering family fun for everyone since 1962, is excited to announce that for the first time ever Adventureland’s Helping Hands Foundation will be sponsoring the annual Pumpkin Park event from 11am-5pm on Halloween, Saturday, 10/31/26.

Families can enjoy some of Adventureland’s most popular attractions, including the Turbulence Coaster, Music Express, and Ferris Wheel, before making their way down the fan-favorite Sweet Street for an unforgettable trick-or-treating experience.

Best of all, Pumpkin Park is included with park admission, and children are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes to join in the festive fun!

“The annual Pumpkin Park event is one of our favorite ways to end the season – trick or treating & thrilling rides… there’s no better combination!” said Jeanine Pacella, Adventureland’s Helping Hands Foundation Spokeswoman. “It’s the perfect fall event and great for the whole family! We absolutely love seeing all the guests dressed in their Halloween costumes as they enjoy a perfect fall day around the park. Pumpkins, hay bales, and corn stalks give the park that fall glow we all know and love.”

Local Long Island nonprofit organizations will line Sweet Street, handing out Halloween candy, treats, and goodies while connecting with thousands of families enjoying this treasured community tradition. The event combines all the excitement of Halloween with the safe, family-friendly atmosphere that has made Pumpkin Park a Long Island favorite for generations.

Each nonprofit joining in on Pumpkin Park (listed below) will receive a $1,000 donation from Adventureland’s Helping Hands Foundation to help support their goals and mission.
