Have bananas that are very ripe? Make some delicious cookies with them.
In order to make these cookies there are no eggs or butter needed!
All you need is:
3 ripe bananas
2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1st mash up bananas then add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl… Mix well
The next step is important … Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes!
Put your oven on to 350 degrees F
Once your 15 minutes are up you are ready to put them on an ungreased cookie sheet ( roll into small balls)
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown
*This recipe will make about 10 cookies*

When you try these cookies you are going to go bananas lol… I love chocolate and bananas. This is a healthy recipe until I added the chocolate chips : )
But… Dark chocolate is healthy, right? So maybe if I used dark chocolate chips, I wouldn’t have to feel bad at all! ;]
