Love these cookies and in honor of National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day , I just had to make them…

Ingredients:
2 cups of old fashioned oats
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2/3 cups of flour
1 cup of light brown sugar
1 large egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup of Unsalted butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of white sugar

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F

First combine the brown sugar, white sugar and butter until creamy with an electric mixer
Before I put in the undated butter I soften it by putting it in the microwave for about 30 seconds

Next, add 1 large egg, baking soda, 2/3 cups of flour and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil and mix together

Then add in 2 cups of of old fashioned oats, and the 3 types of chocolate chips (1/2 cup each)

I add the vanilla and cinnamon last and stir the cookie mix up for about a minute by hand with a spoon

Bake cookies at 350 degrees F for 27 minutes or until completely golden brown
