DIY Healthy Popsicles

A great way to cool off on the hot summer days.

“Natural fruit is yummy and sweet and no need to add sugar for a delicious snack.”- says Erika Burdick of B. Fit Long Island

We were so inspired to make our own ice pops with our favorite two things, Chocolate and Strawberries. I love almond milk chocolate pudding. It is soy free, dairy free and gluten free!

You can easily get the kids in the kitchen to help with this recipe. We spooned in some chocolate pudding then added some sliced strawberries then more chocolate pudding and repeat till the popsicle container is filled to the top.

Freeze overnight! And then enjoy!

My girls truly loved eating the popsicle they helped make the night before!
