It’s officially December! It’s hard to believe 2017 is winding down, but before we can start thinking about 2018, we first get to enjoy this holiday season.
I love the holidays – the lights, the decorations, the carols, but one of my most favorite things about this time of year is watching holiday movies! Elf, The Grinch, Christmas Vacation, Frosty the Snowman, The Year Without a Santa Claus, I love them all <3 <3 <3
Curling up on the couch with a blanket and a cup of hot chocolate is my idea of a perfect night, but since these movies are on TV all the time, I sometimes find myself sitting on the couch longer than I would like. So, for those chilly afternoons when we have a Christmas movie playing in the background we started playing a little game called the Holiday Movie Workout! This is a great way to have fun on a family movie night or to burn a little extra energy if you find yourselves cooped up inside on a snowy day.
