Adding Protein to your daily diet with Naked Nutrition

Adding protein to your diet is not just a fad that we have been seeing in commercials and ads for numerous food items in our grocery stores and food chain menu items. Protein is an essential part of a healthy diet. If you are looking for ways to meet your daily protein needs because you are having a hard time meeting your needs through foods alone then , I highly recommend looking at the options available at Naked Nutition. I have been using Naked products for a while now and they are superior to other products I have used in the past because of the quality ingredients used in all of their powders and supplements.

I am excited to tell you about two of their products that I have been using and they are both a great way to add 20 grams of protein per serving. One is a protein coffee and the other is oats. Both of these products are made with premium ingredients and do not have any additives. When you check out both of these products you will see that they come in numerous flavors that taste great and are two protein products I love to use.

Protein Iced Coffee

Before trying the Protein Coffee , I read this fantastic article What Is Protein Coffee? Everything You Need to Know About This Popular Trend on the Naked Nutrition blog and I recommend reading it, as well. It has such great information and one part that stuck out to me was, “When you consume protein coffee, your body processes both the caffeine and protein components simultaneously, creating synergistic effects that can enhance the benefits of each individual component. The protein helps slow caffeine absorption, potentially reducing jitters while extending energy duration.” So, if you love coffee the way I do then why wouldn’t you want to drink this iced coffee that benefits us in more than an energy boost that tastes great?

All the things I love about Protein Coffee:

*it is real coffee premium Colombian coffee

*There is 20g of protein in each serving

*No artificial fillers

*They use high quality ingredients

*Tastes great

*and it is helping me obtain my protein daily goals

Protein coffee might be on trend right now but, it is for a great reason. I have been sipping on the Naked Hazelnut Latte flavor but, I am so excited to try the vanilla, caramel and mocha flavors, as well.

Naked Oats

I don’t know about you but, I love using oats to make overnight oats, energy balls or baking with rolled oats to make cookies or muffins. The possibilities are endless with oats and by using Naked Oats, I am able to get a high-protein breakfast with 20g per serving and the fact that they tast so good is the ultimate win. Right now they have seven flavors available that do not and will never contain artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors because that is the Naked Nutrition difference.

I wanted to share one of my protein packed oat cookie recipes that I think you will enjoy. I made a large batch of these since I will be sharing these with my husband and teenage daughters. You can cut this recipe in half if you like. This recipe made about 24 cookies.

To make these protein packed and delicious cookies you will need:

6 scoops of Naked Oats

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tablespoon of date sugar

2 tablespoons organic ground flax seed meal

5 dates pitted

3 tablespoons of smooth almond butter (no salt)

Mix all together in a food processor

Then, add in 1/2 cup chopped Pecans and pulse until mixed but there is still pieces of the Pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Line baking sheet with parchment paper

Scoop spoonfuls onto parchment paper space them out but the cookies keep size and shape for the most part so you don’t need to space them too much

Bake for 13 to 15 minutes

Enjoy! These are soooo good

Now, I have not tried all the flavors of the protein coffee or the oats. But, there is not a flavor I have tried that I have not liked. I suggest picking your go-to coffee flavor and favorite type of flavored oats and I am sure you will not be disappointed. Check out the Naked Nutrition website and check out over 100 products they have. I just love that most of their products are made with very few ingredients and you can pronounce them all.

Another Naked Product article I have written about and love is Dairy-free Naked Collagen Creamer.

About Naked Nutrition

“In 2014 former cross country and track All-American Stephen Zieminski noticed many supplements included numerous ingredients of little nutritional value. People trying to live a healthy lifestyle aided by supplements were being marketed health, but sold something else.

That same year Zieminski founded Naked Nutrition, starting with five single ingredient supplements, including the best-selling Naked Whey from grass-fed Northern California and Idaho cows and Naked Pea from raw yellow peas grown in the USA and Canada. No artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners and no mixing agents. You control the flavor and your nutrition by what you choose to add to Naked proteins and supplements.”
