Easter 2018

We love Easter and this year was filled with lots of love, egg hunts and Easter festivities.

We hope you and your family (if you celebrate) enjoyed your day, as well!

We live for traditions and we love exploring to find new ones. This year we went to McNulty’s Homemade Ice Cream Parlor for an amazing egg hunt in Miller Place.

Valentine’s Day 2018- It is the thought that counts…

As my girls get older and I realize that time really does fly when you are a parent, I never believed it until I have seen for myself how quickly our kids grow and you want to hold onto every moment just a little bit longer.

My husband and I are so blessed to have two beautiful girls who truly love each other so much. They show each other how much they truly love one another by doing the little things like; making cards for one another, getting a band-aid when their sister has a boo-boo, or getting a snack for their sister when they get one for themselves. They might make each other cry at times and argue (what siblings don’t fight?) but, in the end they are each other’s best friends and ours, too.

Healthier New Year for YOU and your family

I don’t know about you but, a New Year means a new list of goals my husband and I have come up with together.

These goals are improvements we want to make in the upcoming year not only for ourselves but, also for our family. Yes, I know it is almost February but, you do not have to put the goals you came up with aside and wait for January 1st of next year. Let’s not be so hung up on the day of the week or the start date. Let’s be honest any day you decide to make positive changes in your life is the perfect day to start.

Daddy’s Little Valentines

My husband is not only an amazing husband but he is an incredible daddy.

The gifts he gives are always thought out and sentimental and I love that about him.  This Valentine’s Day he has three girls calling him their Valentine and the love he has for us shows all year long but this tradition he has started melts my heart.

My husband started this adorable tradition where for every year that the girls are old he gives them that many roses.

Mia’s First Pony Ride!

Mia and I went to the Animal Farm Petting Zoo with our close friends yesterday afternoon.

It was a beautiful day and figured we can not waste such a great afternoon so we headed to the Animal Farm Petting Zoo.

There is a lot of interaction between you and the animals here at The Animal Farm and it is a great place to visit.
