The jewelry from Jac & Elsie is wonderful like the owner Jaclyn.

I highly recommend her jewelry it is so fun and beautiful.

She came up with the name Jac and Elsie by combining her name and Elsie from her Nani.

She creates jewelry that is “both young and vintage, adorable and beautiful. Just like jewelry should be.”

I purchased from Jac & Elsie when I was looking for an inspirational necklace to give one of my best friends for inspiring me. Cybille St Aude  ( author of Elsie) has helped me find my creativity and love for my new obsession blogging.

I came across these friendship necklaces that say Full of Awesome which she is…

I love the card that the necklace came on that quoted the great C.S. Lewis

“Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another – What, You too, I thought I was the only one”

Who will you give your necklace(s) to?

featuring a brass star and steel tag, customizable with a choice of Czech glass
beads that come in 12 different colors. One necklace is $17, a pair is $32, and
a trio is $42.

Along with another blog Pigtail Pals and Ballcap Buddies by a woman Melissa Atkins Wardy ; Jaclyn and Melissa have decided to donate $2 of each necklace sold to the Geena
Davis Institute for Gender in the Media. The Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media is the only research-based organization working within the media and entertainment industry to engage, educate, and influence the need for gender balance, reducing stereotyping and creating a wide variety of female characters for entertainment targeting children 11 and under.
I think that is a wonderful cause…

Want to know more about Melissa Atkins Wardy> She is the author of Redefining Girly: How Parents Can Fight the Stereotyping and Sexualizing of Girlhood, from Birth to Tween available from Amazon.

**The Jewlery made by Jaclyn is wonderful and the kindness she has towards her customers is wonderful. She was out of town when I ordered and because I waited a couple of days longer for my order she sent me a free ring that was unnecessary but so thoughtful and I love it. She is very talented and I love to support young ,creative women doing their thing 😉 **
