Seeds of Love Creative Enrichment Center shared this wonderful idea:
Crayon resist painting inspired by artist Joan Miro.

We visited Seeds of Love yesterday and Ann Marie did a fun art project with the girls and us Momees.
She had the watercolors, wax crayons, water and paper out on the tables and we were ready to create.
First you draw your image with a wax crayon.
Then wet with water and then add your watercolor.
As you can see the image pops out a lot and looks beautiful once the watercolor dries behind it.
What will you and your little one create to have pop with some beautiful water color?
Looks like a fun time!
