I love to write about all things Long Island and family. I was born and raised here and as a local, I want to share all the great things I have loved about living here since I was a child. Our community is filled with great people, amazing local businesses, beautiful nature sites, scenic beaches, craveable restaurants and so much more. My husband and I knew when we had our first child that I would become a stay-at-home mom. Thanks to my love for sharing all the things I love about Long Island, my blog was created in 2013.
