It is the Greatest FAMILY Show on Earth for a reason… and this year the CIRCUS is XTREME!
Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus
As an Ambassador for Circus Xtreme I was extremely bummed that we could not make it to see the show since my entire family was sick. However my amazing Facebook winner of a family 4 pack of tickets was nice enough to share her experience with me.
Wendy won the family 4 pack of tickets and brought her mother, sister, 5-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son to the show. She said the show was entertaining for all ages and even though the show is 2 1/2 hours in length you are entertained from beginning to end.
The kids were so excited from the beginning of the show and their love for the circus grew as the show went on.
Her daughter, Sophia was so excited to see the show. This was her first time seeing the circus so Wendy wanted to make sure she got the ultimate Circus experience. So, before the show she got her face painted and this little beauty loved it.
The kids wanted to have the spinning light up toys after seeing other kids use them during the show and Wendy was happy buy it for them. The light up brought joy to the kids faces and her 1-year-old, Tyler was mesmerized by this signature show souvenir.
I asked Wendy how the baby did during the 2 1/2 hour show and she said, “he did great. It is truly an entertaining show from beginning to end. With so much to look at, goodies to eat and souvenirs to play with the baby was happy. Also, seeing all people around him in the seats cheering and smiling helped too.
Sophia loved the Mermaid acrobats who wore her favorite color purple.
And the kids of course loved all the animals. The Elephants were show stoppers and really kept the kids attention. The Elephants are so big and talented and have amazed their audiences for years and years. Wendy said, “all of the animals were entertaining she loved the tigers too.”
She mentioned the poodle act was adorable and super entertaining.

The kids loved the Elephants so much they had to go and buy an Elephant souvenir during the intermission. There were a lot of cool things to buy at the souvenir shop but the elephants definitely stood out.
“One of the coolest things in the show was the girl being shot out of the cannon”, says Sophia. She wanted to see it happen again.
So I found a video of it on You tube to share just for her…
Human cannonball, Gemma Kirby, gracefully rises high in the air!
I asked her if they loved the XTREME element this year at the Circus… and she said, “the XTREME was awesome with a lot of stunts and the BMX bikers was one that really stuck out and a woman who was one of the bikers was really good and she would love to be able to do the tricks she was doing.”
