Panzanella Salad

Do not throw out that old bread. Instead make a yummy salad that your family will love and you will love that it is so easy to make.

All you need is:

1 Loaf of Stale Bread ( I love using Italian Bread)

3 large Ripe Tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped Red Onion

1/2 cup of Good Seasons- Zesty Italian Dressing

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions:

Cut your stale bread into cubes and place in a mixing bowl

Cut and dice up tomatoes and add that to them into the cubed bread

Add all your dry seasonings salt, pepper and garlic powder to the bread and tomato. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours to let the juices form the tomato marinate into the bread.

Add in diced red onion and toss everything with the Italian dressing.

Serve cold and enjoy your Panzanella Salad.
