Our Shining Child of the month for the month of April is thirteen-year-old, Ben Loetman. Ben chose Let All The Children Play as the organization of his choice for his Mitzvah Project.

Let All the Children Play (LATCP) told us about Ben’s amazing efforts to help the playground and we felt he should be recognized for his efforts from Momee Friends, as well.

Michelle Licata who is the Director of Operations at LATCP said, “Toda raba” Ben for choosing LATCP as the organization to benefit from Ben’s Mitzvah project! Since January, the Loetman’s have been gathering monetary donations as well as various balls, wiffle bats, arts and crafts supplies, and balloon for LATCP.

On April 16th the Loetman’s delivered all their donations to Director Michelle Licata at the LATCP accessible playground. Ben’s incredible act of kindness will benefit ALL the children who come to the playground for inclusive sports and recreation programs.
