Give a Gobble Food Drive- Nov. 16th, 2019
Location: NY Dart Zone in Holbrook, NY
This was our 4th annual Give A Gobble Food Drive and our hearts are so full knowing that the Light House Mission truck left NY Dart Zone with 225 turkeys and a lot of non-perishable food items inside. The donations collected today are going to families on Long Island who could really use the donations this upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.
My good friend Gabe from NY Dart Zone and I are so inspired by Lana, a12 year old girl with a heart of gold and a passion to help others. Her mother , Victoria Moreno and her father, Jeff are amazing parents and have raised 3 amazing kids who are so giving. I love being able to call them our good friends.
I am so blessed and fortunate to be around such a loving and giving group of people like Lana and her family, Gabriel Espin and all the staff at NY Dart Zone and all who came and supported the food Drive this year and have done so year after year. Thank you Gabe for having the event at NY DART ZONE the kids had so much fun. At the event if you donated a turkey your child could enjoy the open play time in one of the Ny Dart Zone arenas. Your child also got a chance to make a Turkey craft. We can not wait to do this event again, next year. Please stay tuned for details.
