I had the pleasure of taping a Fall Fun Series segment for News 12 Long Island with Elizabeth Hashagan who is a crafty Momee herself.

Doing crafts with Elizabeth was so much fun since she is a class mom and is always doing crafts with her kids.

DIY Scarecrow

Here is a great craft to make for the Fall season and the best part is all of the materials needed you probably already have most of them in your home already.

I love how our cute scarecrow looks in our house greeting everyone who comes in our home.

5 Little Pumpkins Finger Puppet Gloves

My daughter Mia and Elizabeths’ son Tomothy both love the book 5 Little Pumpkins. This craft allows you to use these finger puppets to read along with the book. A fun and interactive craft perfect for Halloween.

Witch Hat Craft

This craft is fun and easy to create allowing your child to make their own witch hat they could wear for Halloween. The hat Elizabeth made looked Fabulous on her and I was so happy she wore it for the duration of our segment.

Frankenstein and Mummy Craft

Halloween Decorations using toilet paper rolls that every kid will love to help you make.

Leaf Art

Head outside and collect the crunchiest leaves you can find with your little ones to make these fun leaf artwork pieces. I did one using  a picture of my daughters and Elizabeth did a leaf picture using the news 12 Morning crew.

I loved doing this Fun Fall Series segment with News 12 and I hope to be part of their next segment that they need a Momee blogger/crafter in the future!
