Nightmares/ Night Terrors

I received an email from a local Momee who asked for advice dealing with Nightmares. Her daughter has had night terrors since 5 months old and at 4 years old now she no longer has night terrors but has nightmares.

Anyone’s child have Nightmares or Night Terrors and can help this fellow Momee out with advice on what to do/ deal with it?

Here are some references:

  1. I would love some advice about this subject. Do kids grow out of it? I will be getting the 2 books for kids that you suggested. I hope the Momee gets answers and they are shared on this post
