This is a great sensory activity where anything goes for creative play.
What is so wonderful about play dough is that you can create whatever your hands and mind feel like creating at the moment.
With this activity set up a compartment dish with all fun things to create with like: Pipe Cleaners, Beads, Craft Sticks, Pom Poms, Wiggly Eyes and Buttons.
Lay out a paper dish and allow your child to pick what color play dough they want and lay it out on the dish.
ANYTHING GOES… allow your child to explore and feel all the materials.
Mia loved saying the play dough is squishy and smushy.
Allow them to make silly structures.
What we created was so cool. This activity kept her engaged and busy for three hours.
She was so excited for her daddy and I to see everything she had created.
We had a great time as a family creating together.
