We woke up to a wintery mix on Saturday Morning but that did not stop the Spring Festival from going on.
Leslie Jantz from Mini Monet did an amazing job putting this event together. The event was going to happen rain or shine and she did not cancel the event since she promised the families and the vendors a great event. She is amazing and I am so happy to be her friend.
We all put on our winter hats, coats and gloves and with smiles on our faces we were ready to provide the families with a few hours of Springtime Fun.
The families were all lined up by noon some with Umbrellas in hand waiting for the Easter Bunny to arrive.
We heard the fire truck sirens and knew the Easter Bunny was coming…
The bunny greeted everyone with a smile and the families were able to take a FREE photo with the Easter Bunny!
Mini Monet, Momee Friends of Long Island, Lou Johnson the Magical Juggler and Sweet Frog Sayville were happy to meet the Easter Bunny, too.
Lou Johnson is the Magical Juggler who provides great entertainment the whole family will love. The weather did not stop him from getting on those high stilts and displaying his talents to the kids by juggling in the wintry snow mix.

TEACH Consulting had generously sponsored this amazing bounce house for the Spring Festival this year. Thank you TEACH Consulting.
Under the BIG TENT provided by Academy Tent Rentals there were fun arts and crafts for the kids to do. Also, FREE coffee provided by the Sayville Starbucks for the parents to stay warm and energized.
Momee Friends of Long Island provided:
A kiddie pool filled with Easter Grass and Easter Eggs for the kids to have.
The kids were also able to dig through our pirate sensory bin and collect treasures to take home.
We also, had our Create, Play, Imagine Play Dough Fun station available for kids to enjoy. The kids were super creative and made wonderful things such as monsters, and silly structures.

We also provided an art station along with Mini Monet where the kids were able to paint with cotton balls on clothespins to color in an Easter Egg. I saw this idea on Pinterest —> click here
Also, by using toilet paper rolls we were able to make bunny stamps for this cute Spring Art activity. The parents and kids loved this idea.

Mini Monet had all the materials available for the families to decorate their Easter eggs. And the eggs looked awesome.
Ann Marie said, “it snowed all day and was cold and raw out, but the smiles were heartwarming.” and that was the best description of the day and we were so happy to be part of it.
A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE SPONSORS WHO MADE THIS DAY POSSIBLE:
