Water Color Monsters

Make the fear of monsters go away by making some silly water color monsters.

fear3

My daughter loves the movie Inside Out and crafting so we combined the two to make a craft inspired by the emotion fear.

If we get scared it is good to relax by using breathing techniques. This sensory activity combines art and relaxation. And once they complete their project they will feel the sense of JOY!

What you need is:

Construction Paper, Washable Paint (for little ones) , Water, Googley Eyes, Paintbrush, Straw, and a Sharpie Marker

Directions:

Mix the water into your paints to make the water colors.

Dab the paint onto your paper.

Then have your child blow the paint around.
