*Cool Coconut Drink
Ingredients:
3 cups coconut water
1 cup water
½ cup fresh lime juice
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp raw honey
Directions: Mix all and serve chilled
*Melon Berry Juice
Ingredients:
3 cups watermelon
1 cup strawberries
1 tsp lemon
1 tbsp honey
Directions: Blend all and serve chilled
*Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup strawberries
½ cup mango
1 cup milk (cow, nut or coconut milk)
