Exercise Hopscotch

This week’s Fit Fam game is exercise hopscotch.

This one is super simple and has almost no prep time. All you need is sidewalk chalk.

Simply come up with 5 – 10 exercises and write them on the ground with the chalk.

Examples:

*Frog Jumps         *Jumping Jacks      * Spin Around      *Run in Place     

  *Hop on 1 Foot     * Ballerina Leaps    *Dance Around      * Touch Floor/ Touch Sky

Use a bean bag or rock to toss and see which box you end up on and complete that movement!

Simple and fun!

My girls are loving this fitness twist on one of our favorite games to play!

We drew it on the driveway and even this morning we played waiting for the school bus to come.
