I went to a party the other day and a Momee friend made this and I loved it so much.. I had to make my own. She got the recipe from keyingredient.com

Ingredients:

1/4 cup softened butter
4 ounces of cream cheese softened
1 cup of peanut butter your choice if you like smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar … May need up to 2 cups
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Steps to making this yummy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip:

First put butter, cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer smooth them together making a combination cream. Once mixed add in vanilla extract

Next step is to add the powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time. Mix until you use all the powdered sugar. ( if you want a stiffer mixture add more powdered sugar… Only up to an extra 1/2 cup)

Then mix in the mini chocolate chips

Once mixing is complete turn mixture onto wax paper on a serving plate one that has sides so there is less of a mess : )
Let cool in refrigerator for about 20 minutes and then use your hands to form the shape you want

Today I decided to make a butterfly for spring!
Add your favorite sprinkles to make this dip look even nicer.

I went a step further and added frosting to make it look not as messy and complete… let your creative Momee mind go wild and see what fun shapes you come up with.

We love the Trader Joes kitty cookies so I served them on the side. But pretzels or animals crackers are just as yummy! ; )
