Our 2nd Annual Let ALL The Children Play in May event was amazing. We want to thank all those who came to the event and supported the LATCP Playground and our mission of Inclusion. Whether you came for the day to enjoy the festivities with your family, volunteered your time, were an exhibitor, donated a raffle prize or were a local business sponsor; your efforts helped made for a successful event and WE THANK YOU!

Shooting Stars Sports

The mission of Shooting Stars Sports is to deliver the best personalized sports program and instill the “Love of the Game” early on with a positive experience that will last a lifetime for both the parent as well as the child. Kids Sports for children 2 to 8 years old. (Soccer, Basketball and Lacrosse) With locations across Long Island it is a great choice.

 

 

 

NY DART ZONE

NY Dart Zone is the best choice for an escape from the daily grind. From team building to birthday parties we do it all. We are the prime choice for close combat dart shooting in Long Island. All equipment is supplied, teams and clubs are encouraged to come. All you need to bring is a smile and yourself.

 

 LiLa Family Yoga 

LiLa in the sanskrit language means “Divine Play”. At LiLa Family Yoga their goal is to help strengthen bonds within families, mind, body and spirit through Divine play. Lila family yoga offers a wide range of specialty classes, including, mommy and me, mommy and tot, family yoga, grandparents yoga, teens yoga, and kids yoga, as well as traditional yoga classes. They also offer a unique experience called LILa kids program, where mom or dad can take a yoga class, and children get to go off to a separate area to engage in activities with peers, and social interaction. They are an inclusive environment hoping to meet the needs of everyone in your family.

 

The Nassau County PAL Lacrosse

Long Island’s Nassau County and Suffolk County PAL organizations offer some of the best youth athletic activities to help children of the community learn and play the games they love. If you are looking for a place to play sports ranging from Basketball to Lacrosse, look to the PAL for a great opportunity.

 

ASL Discoveries

ASL Discoveries is a well known company that utilizes American Sign Language (ASL) to all who are interested in learning! Active participation is a must when discovering this beautiful, visual language! Our team consists of experienced and trained professionals who specialize in working with various populations. We use original content that is educationally driven to engage and entertain children and those alike.They take pride in our class preparation and hope to share this wonderful journey of discovery with you. Spoonful of Sugar Entertainment is a Long Island based performing group, that specializes in children education, entertainment and development. Spoonful of Sugar Entertainment wants to bring magic into the lives of local children. Because life can be a fairytale if you just believe.

The Real Life Adventures of Jo Jo Bean

Trace Wilkins Francis is a local Long Island Children’s author. Imagination Face Painting

As always, Gina of Imagination Face Painting did an amazing job. She volunteered her time to make the kids smiles with her amazing talent.

We were so excited to have Clowns.com at the event from 11am to 1pm. They did a great job face painting and balloon twisting. They brought a lot of joy to the day and we thank them so much for being there.

 All Aboard (Imagination on the track)

If your child loves trains, then ALL ABOARD is the company for you!

Their parties and programs are fully interactive and gets children moving while encouraging imagination. They have various size tracks to fit any space, both indoor and outdoor. Great for birthdays, block parties, fundraisers, school functions or just about any event that you might be planning.

CRAFT STATION

We had an awesome craft station with great crafts for ALL the families to enjoy on Sunday!
We can not thank Kathy from Creative Art Studio enough for providing some great crafts and positive energy to the event. Suzanne from Hair We Share volunteered with us and we love her so much. She was making grass friends with the kids. All the volunteers under our tent… you rocked!

Krafty Hands

Krafty Hands provided us with their adorable and “HAPPY” minion. The minion brought so many smiles to the event with this highly recognizable character that everyone loves.

 

 

Peppy the Owl from Wise Chips

We would love to give a huge shout out to Linda and George Rincon for making it possible to have Wise Chips not only have their adorable mascot, Peppy at the event. But, Wise chips donated 1,500 bags of chips to our event for the families to snack on. Thank you so much for supporting us.
